  • Lacy is a lover of moving- whether it be strength training, running, yoga, interval training, or getting sweaty on the dance floor. With a joyous, balanced, and holistic approach to fitness, Lacy loves sharing her knowledge and passion with people. She has been teaching and personal training on and off for over 10 years.

Lacy grew up snowboarding, playing practically every team sport, and running cross-country. As a young adult, Lacy discovered circus arts because it fused her love of performance and athletism. Within circus, she focused on ground acrobatics, physical theater, and Chinese Pole. This all feels like a past life for her, but she still carries and utilizes some of the core components of that training into her everyday movements. By focusing on form and quality of movement, she believes the strongest foundation of physical self can be built. Once that foundation is established, anything is possible.

With equal importance to giving you a really stellar workout, Lacy also prides herself as being a strong listener, clear communicator, and stable pillar of support on your fitness journey. She knows it is not only a journey of the body but also a journey deeply connected to mental and emotional transformation. There will be times when you curse her for kicking your butt, but she will also impart, through reflection and example, the joy needed to make your dedication to physical fitness a lifelong relationship.

When not at the studio, Lacy might also be found working on film sets, creating comedy (she is a character actor with a basement FULL of costumes and wigs), camping in the coast range or just hanging with her very silly toddler.

Veronica has used exercise as a necessary tool for transforming her mind-set and self-esteem. She is a Portland native who studied Mycology (study of mushrooms), Agriculture and Evolutionary Biology at the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. Spending time in a gym was the farthest thing from her mind until years of battling depression and anxiety led her to experimenting with exercise and psychology.

Veronica loves training, cooking, watching Big Brother, and spending time with her family and her sweet daughter Tabor.

You can see Veronica training heavy strength with one client, teaching interval training to another and also helping a client to regain strength, mobility, and coordination after recovering from an injury.
