With over a decade of personal weightlifting experience, Sarah has been coaching clients professionally since 2020 - building customized fitness and lifestyle programs that fit real life. She is passionate about helping her clients build confidence, higher energy levels, strength, body awareness, mental fortitude, and a body that supports their goals.
As someone who once felt weak and out of control of her own life, she can easily say nothing brings her more joy than watching her clients take control of their health and transform into stronger, healthier, happier, and more instinctual people. That's why she’s committed to helping clients take meaningful steps towards their higher selves, whatever that may look like for them.
Sarah enjoys tackling the challenge of creating a plan that actually works given each individuals’ unique lifestyle and daily schedule. She holds her clients accountable with weekly check-ins and program updates based on their progress.
Being fit and healthy goes far beyond just time in the gym. Sarah prides herself on not taking a one size fits all approach. She loves working with her clients to find what healthy movement and wellness means for each of them. Sarah is working towards her nutrition certification and has attended numerous nutrition, body recomposition workshops, and is eager to learn more.
