Whether you’re looking to take a few sessions to get familiar with the movements before moving to classes, or to build a longer relationship that lasts through the ups and downs of life, we’re here for you. And if you’d like to train together with a partner or friend, we can make that happen.

If you’re new to the studio, we recommend that everyone takes our $30 Trial, which comes with a Fundamental 1:1 personal training session.

Things you should know

  • Sessions last 50 minutes.

  • While most training sessions happen on-site, we can also accomodate virtual sessions over Zoom.

  • Memberships auto-renew on a 30-day cycle, and start on the day you sign up. You get a 10% discount on memberships if you sign up during the trial period.
