HOW TO GET STARTED

  1. Purchase training

To get started, purchase the $30 Trial or a Personal Training Package or Membership

2. Fill out our intake form

Next, please fill out the Intake Form.

This form will ask you questions about your workout history, any injuries, your goals and more. Based on your answers and availability, we’ll find the perfect trainer for you.

You will receive a response within 24 hours to schedule your fundamental session.

things you should know

  • Sessions last 50 minutes.

  • While most training sessions happen on-site, we can also accomodate virtual sessions over Zoom.

  • Memberships auto-renew on a 30-day cycle, and start on the day you sign up.

  • Cancel your membership anytime directly from your account. No questions asked.

  • Book sessions up to your renewal date.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged for a full session.
