Lacy is passionate about movement! With over 10 years of experience in teaching and personal training, and a lifetime of engaging in physical expression—from team sports like volleyball, basketball, softball, and cheerleading to individual pursuits like cross country, track & field, circus arts, gymnastics, rock climbing, snowboarding, strength training, and yoga—there's very little Lacy hasn't explored. These diverse experiences have shaped her holistic approach to fitness and her love for sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm with others.

Lacy believes in finding movement that fuels you, connects with you, and makes you fall in love with moving your body. Once that connection is established, she knows anything is possible.

Lacy is committed to delivering outstanding workouts while also being a supportive listener and guide throughout your fitness journey. She understands that fitness is not just about the body—it’s a path of mental and emotional transformation too.

When she's not in the studio, Lacy works as a creative, producing events and immersive experiences. When she is not working, she's working on being an amazing mom to her wonderfully expressive daughter.
