Alejandra Enriquez

Alejandra brings the same thoughtful dedication to fitness that she brings to academics - with an Anthropology Degree, an upcoming Exercise Science Degree, and 20 years in early childhood development. She discovered her love for fitness when she joined a roller derby league. Roller derby soon led her to a Cross-fit gym, where she discovered her love for strength training and becoming a stronger version of herself —something that stuck long after her roller derby days ended. Since then, she’s dived into powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and kettlebell strength training so far!

Now pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Portland Community College, Alejandra is passionate about combining her classroom knowledge with real-world experience to help others find what strength means for them.

She is excited to use her knowledge from the classroom to educate clients. Her biggest belief is that everyone deserves to find their strongest selves while listening to and honoring their bodies.

When not thinking about fitness, Alejandra loves to talk about her cats, pop culture references, and her favorite new independent gym gear.
