Anna Rego

Anna was born and raised in Portland where she was active from a young age, playing soccer and ultimate frisbee. She discovered her love of lifting weights in college, and has since picked up boxing, bouldering, and running (thanks to another of our amazing trainers, Charlotte).

Anna keeps her classes playful (but no less challenging!) because whatever form of exercise you choose, it should be fun! She wants to help you find the forms of movement that keep you coming back for more, whether that’s functional, strength, or endurance training. 

Anna has a masters degree in nutrition and aims to help her clients find practical and sustainable approaches to eating. She draws on the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size, emphasizing progress over perfection in both the kitchen and the gym. Check out her Nutrition consultations!

Outside of Lone Fir, you’ll find Anna at the boxing or bouldering gym, at Crema eating cookies and doing crosswords, running along the Willamette River, or snuggling with her cats Miles and Melly.
