YOGA + Pilates
We now offer yoga or Pilates classes 7 days a week, led by experienced trainers Masha, Charlotte, Leah, Katie and Megan.
Yoga is a great practice to complement your existing exercise routine, both to improve athletic performance and to reduce the risk of injury. Our experienced teachers will adapt each practice to fit your level of strength, flexibility and any injuries or constraints you’re working with, to help you stay safe and get the most out of your practice.
Pilates focuses on controlled movements designed to strengthen your muscles, enhance your mind-body connection, and increase your flexibility. You will engage deep stabilizer muscles to improve balance, posture, and control.
All group fitness members get access to these classes as part of their membership, but we also offer a $99 unlimited monthly yoga and pilates membership, and class packs specifically for yoga & pilates: 5 classes for $85, 10 classes for $160 or 20 classes for $300. For new customers we also offer an intro pack of 5 credits for $50.

All of our Yoga classes at Lone Fir Fitness feature a range of postures, breath control and core-strengthening exercises. But each of our teachers brings something a little different to their practice, we encourage you to try different classes to experience these varied styles.
All of our classes are inclusive, and our teachers will offer options suitable for everyone from a complete newcomer to a dedicated yoga enthusiast.

Pilates HIIT combines the focus, strengthening, and stability elements of pilates with the cardiovascular benefits, powerful, and conditioning elements of HIIT. Expect a strong, sweaty blend of deep core work, high intensity muscle stimulus, and a whole lot of fun!

Whether you’re aiming to improve core strength, cross train, increase mobility, enhance athletic performance, or recover from injury, your sessions will be tailored specifically to your body and goals.
