YOGA + Pilates

We offer yoga or Pilates classes 7 days a week, led by experienced instructors Ash, Bianca, Lauren, Leah, Katie and Megan.

Yoga is a great practice to complement your existing exercise routine, both to improve athletic performance and to reduce the risk of injury. Our experienced teachers will adapt each practice to fit your level of strength, flexibility and any injuries or constraints you’re working with, to help you stay safe and get the most out of your practice.

Pilates at Lone Fir is contemporary mat Pilates. While rooted in the six foundational principles of Pilates, our style combines Pilates with strength training principles to create a vibrant, challenging, and embodied class. You will engage deep stabilizer muscles to improve balance, posture, and control. Expect to use props such as the pilates mini ball, magic circle, bands, and weights.

We understand that Pilates is rapidly growing throughout the country, and therefore, can be taught very differently from one studio to the next. While our instructors bring diverse training backgrounds to the studio, they all share a passion for this incredible modality of movement. 

You’ll leave sweaty, empowered, and stronger than when you came in. Come experience it for yourself.  

All group fitness members get access to these classes as part of their membership, but we also offer a $99 unlimited monthly yoga and pilates membership, and class packs specifically for yoga & pilates: 5 classes for $85, 10 classes for $160 or 20 classes for $300. For new customers we also offer an intro pack of 5 credits for $50.

VINYASA YOGA

  • A full body practice that works to connect your movement and breath through a continuous, seamless flow. Vinyasa helps to improve body awareness, breathing technique, flexibility, and balance. Although it is a practice that builds heat in the body, it is easily adaptable to your level and experience, meeting you wherever you are at.

FULL-RANGE YOGA

  • An advanced yoga practice focused on moving your body through its complete range of motion. Strength and flexibility work are combined in every pose - including deep squats, pushups, pull ups, and inversion training. This class offers a rigorous challenge - come ready to move and build strength at your own pace.

    Who it's for: Best suited for those with prior yoga experience

Hatha Yoga

  • Hatha yoga is a grounding practice that focuses on aligning the body, mind, and breath. You’ll move through classic postures at a slower pace, holding each pose to build strength, balance, and awareness.

    With an emphasis on mindful breathing and proper alignment, this class is perfect for anyone looking to slow down, stretch deeply, and reconnect with their body.

    Who it's for: All fitness levels.

Mat PILATES

  • At Lone Fir we offer Contemporary Mat Pilates. While rooted in the six foundational principles of Pilates, our style combines Pilates with strength training principles to create a vibrant, challenging, and embodied class. You will engage deep stabilizer muscles to improve balance, posture, and control. Expect to use props such as the Pilates mini ball, magic circle, bands, and dumbbells.

PILATES HIIT

  • Pilates HIIT combines the focus, strengthening, and stability elements of pilates with the cardiovascular benefits, powerful, and conditioning elements of HIIT. Expect a strong, sweaty blend of deep core work, high intensity muscle stimulus, and a whole lot of fun!

Private PILATES

  • Whether you’re aiming to improve core strength, cross train, increase mobility, enhance athletic performance, or recover from injury, your sessions will be tailored specifically to your body and goals.
