At Lone Fir we’re growing a full program of fun, challenging and diverse group exercise classes for our members, with 70ish a week currently and rising every quarter as our community expands. We want to make sure that whatever your schedule you have plenty of options to work on your strength, cardio, flexibility and all-around fitness.
