With 20 trainers, 60 classes/week and 300 members from their teens to their 80s, we meet every person where you are and try our very best to find a training routine that fits your needs and budget. We offer monthly memberships, punch-cards and drop-in rates, with no sign-up or cancellation fees and you can switch up your membership as you need. Check out our pricing here.

Don’t worry if you don’t know exactly what you need. Most folks start with our $30 Trial, which includes 3 group classes and 1 personal training session (the Fundamental). Or if you’re specifically interested in yoga & pilates, we have a $50 intro 5-pack.
